Modernise Building Reports (for older buildings looking to meet updated building codes)

Our multidisciplinary team of engineers can provide a Modernise Building Report through an assessment of the building’s current state against what is called for in the current National Construction Code and Australian Standards. 

Based on the identified shartfalls of the building, our client can then make informed decisions regarding priority, budget and overall planning for their building’s future requirements to achieve a set standard of modernisation.

Project Management of Remediation Works

Strata Building Condition Reports                    (10-Year Operational & Maintenance Plans)

We understand that Strata Managers and Owners Corporations require comprehensive Building Condition Reports in order to evaluate and to forecast for the short, medium and long term financial obligations. Through our multidisciplinary team of experts, we provide a full assessment on a building’s current condition, via a full review of the buildings structural integrity and operational systems. Our AS 4349.0 compliant Strata Building Condition Report provides recommendations for the mitigation, replacement and rectification for all identified building issues and defects, inclusive of the associated timeframes and costings. This critical information enables our clients to make informed planning decisions on the future of their building and forms a key component of a Strata’s 10-year financial plan.

Handover Inspection Reports

Following formal completion of a new building (residential, commercial & Industrial) a handover inspection is undertaken for the purpose of identifying non-compliance and general defects. The accompanying Handover Inspection Report is a powerful tool used by our clients in the rectification of any defective works to their new building asset. The Handover Inspection Report provides an additional layer of security for our clients, that is critical to achieving the desired outcome within the builder’s statutory warranty period.
